The person, the passion
Frank Brormann, born 1965
Frank Brormann has always been fascinated by fine hair. While his colleagues mainly busy themselves with full, flowing hairstyles, Frank Brormann has a passion for fine, delicate hair. He has chosen to face the extraordinary challenge of guiding this hair towards an optimal hairdressing result. This is where he draws on all his skills – with great success.
He is also a specialist for English cutting techniques and upstyles. This is no surprise, since he has trained and worked with the luminaries of this art form: at Vidal Sassoon in Hamburg and in the salon of the internationally famous long hair expert Patrick Cameron in London.
Despite his frequent travels abroad, Frank Brormann finds it extremely important to maintain contact with his customers. He spends as much time as he can in his own salon demonstrating his skills and creativity.
Each year he successfully presents his collection all over the world. A top stylist for Wella since 1996, he appears nationally and internationally in numerous shows, seminars and other events. He has stood in the spotlight on extensive tours of Korea, Chile and Brazil as well as in photo shoots in Milano, Barcelona and Paris. He has visited over 40 countries in 20 years. In a combined effort with other famous international hair stylists, Frank Brormann also developed the Wella Trend Vision: "Hairy Interpretations” of future trends. His appearances at the World-Hairdressing-Congress in London and in seminars and shows in Asia, South America and throughout Europe are further highlights in his career. He gains positive reactions in the international media, be it in newspapers, on radio or TV, which further underline his renowned position.
